Analytical Lab

Our state-of-the-art analytical laboratory makes sure that all products contain exactly what is stated on the label. Our chemists perform validated tests using an impressive array of instrumentation to assess an extensive list of substances and chemical constituents.

The physical testing laboratory has instrumentation that can test viscosity, pH, specific gravity, brix, refractive index, optical rotation, percent solids, melting point, Fisher-Johns melting point, dissolved oxygen, headspace, water activity, color gardner, hazen color, ASTM D1500 color, and Saybolt color on anything from lotions and soaps to cosmetics.

Microbiology Lab

Our advanced microbiology laboratory ensures the safety and quality of products throughout all stages of the manufacturing process, from raw material qualification to finished product.

Our technicians adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), ensuring quality and complete traceability. Our microbiology laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, from autoclaves and incubators to bio-safety laminar flow hoods.
