An assortment of flexible filling lines supported by a well-engineered mixing capability provides the ability to manufacture and fill a variety of batch sizes and run size combinations.

Production

• Ideal mixing capability for blending sophisticated cosmetic/personal care creams, lotions, liquids, and gels
• Blending tanks ranging from 300 to 2,000 gallons and featuring:
  • Load cells
  • Vacuum system
  • Multiple heating and cooling zones
  • Three types of in-tank agitation (scrape, sweep, and high sheer)
  • CIP System
• History of continued investment to maintain a state-of-the-art mixing facility

Packaging

Currently we are able to fill:

• Bottles - glass & plastic (5ml to 1000ml)
• Tubes - plastic (10ml to 250ml) 
• Jars - (5ml to 1000ml)

Our flexible filling lines are ideal for small to medium run sizes, with precision fill level and weight control.
